What is acidity?

What is body?
BODY means the texture of the mouth. The body appears differently depending on the variety and maturity of green beans. The more ripe the green beans are, the softer and richer the texture can be. The body is expressed as the difference in texture that can be felt in water, milk, oil, butter, etc
